Peggy Chiu
Counsel
As Counsel for the Conservation Finance Program, Peggy Chiu is charged with overseeing compliance with the lobbying, campaign finance, and election laws in the many states and municipalities where TPL is supporting ballot measures to generate funds for open space and parks. She also analyzes and helps to create conservation funding for local, state and tribal governments in the West in her role as a research director. Prior to TPL, Ms. Chiu was a litigator and specialized in eminent domain and land use law.
