Kim Gilman
Conservation Finance Program Manager
Kim Gilman plans and implements state legislative campaigns for conservation funding, and has achieved major new statewide resources for land protection in several New England states. She also helps municipal officials and citizen activists establish funding sources for local conservation projects, including Town Meeting and referendum campaigns. Before joining TPL in 2003, Ms. Gilman was an aide to the Massachusetts Senate President and managed several statewide and local candidate elections. She emphasizes grassroots organizing and media relations, along with other elements of campaigns, to promote public investments in open space.
