Joshua Alpert
Regional Conservation Services Director
As Conservation Finance Director for the Northwest, Joshua Alpert works with cities, counties, and states to create public funding for parks and open space in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, California, and Hawaii. Joshua brings to TPL a wide range of political experience. In addition to working as a lobbyist at the Oregon Legislature, campaign manager and consultant for numerous local and statewide campaigns, and policy advisor to a Portland, Oregon city commissioner, Mr. Alpert also worked as a project manager for a national nonprofit working on tobacco issues.
