Brian Ferrall is a business litigation and trial lawyer with Keker & Van Nest in San Francisco, where he has been partner since 1999. His practice focuses on patent, trade secret and other intellectual property litigation, and also includes commercial and antitrust litigation. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University, where he concentrated in urban economics. He received his law degree from Harvard, and was awarded the Fulbright Fellowship in European Law for study at the University College London.
A longtime resident of Northern California, Brian lives in San Francisco with his wife and two daughters. He owes his passion for open spaces to his father, who introduced Brian to our country's national parks at a young age. That passion has led Brian's family on expeditions around the country and around the world, and has fueled his support for The Trust for Public Land. Brian also serves on the advisory board of the Nepal Youth Foundation.
